Andrew Luck's Lost Wallet Returned, Gift Sent To Man Who Found It

Luck sent an autographed football and a handwritten note to the man who says he found the wallet near the Eagle Creek Reservoir.

INDIANAPOLIS – A special gift was sent to the man who found and returned a wallet belonging to Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.

According to RTV6 Producer Haleigh Hoffman, her friend's father Charles was riding his bicycle near the reservoir at Eagle Creek when he found the wallet, took it to the nearby Indianapolis Colts practice facility on West 56th Street and gave it to a security guard.

Two weeks later, Charles received a football signed by Luck, as well as a handwritten note that read, “Many thanks!  You made my life much easier, ha!  Thanks for reminding me of the ‘kindness of strangers.’”

Luck, who missed all of last season because of a shoulder injury, said in June he is throwing footballs again and says he expects to participate in training camp later this month.
