Armed Robbery Leads to Standoff in Noblesville, Two Arrested

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says the incident started as a sale of electronic gaming equipment, but then turned into a robbery.

NOBLESVILLE, Ind.--Two men were arrested earlier this morning after police say they started a robbery that led to a standoff.

It began around 1:30 this morning on Fox Circle in Noblesville off of Greenfield Avenue.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says the incident started as a sale of electronic gaming equipment, but then turned into a robbery. The victims of the robbery said the two men that robbed them were both black and showed a weapon.

The victims got out of the house, but police say the two suspects stayed in the house. That caused a standoff which lasted several hours.

At around 6:30 am, both suspects surrendered to police and were taken into custody.

Nobody was hurt.
