Attica H.S. Track Coach Facing Child Porn Charges

The coach had more than 16,000 images of child pornography on his computer.

ATTICA, Ind.--Federal child pornography charges have been filed against an assistant boys track coach at Attica High School.

A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children back in January of this year led federal investigators to Jeremy Kelley, 39.

A search warrant turned up more than 16,000 images and 500 video files containing child pornography linked to a social media account owned by Kelley.

A second search warrant served at Kelley's home turned up more than 450 videos and 27,000 images containing child pornography.

The Attica School Corporation says Kelley was an assistant coach for the track program for one season and is no longer a lay coach there. He did not teach or work in any other capacity at the school.

Kelley is in the custody of the U.S. Marshal's service. His initial hearing is today.
