NASHVILLE, Ind.-  For nearly a century, Hoosiers and tourists alike have enjoyed fried biscuits and apple butter or persimmon pudding at The Nashville House.

But, after 91 years, that tradition is coming to an end.

Nashville House owner Gina Rogers announced Tuesday that the restaurant will close its doors for good on Sunday, Oct. 28.

She thanked everyone for their best wishes and support and, as a farewell gift, shared the recipe for Nashville House Fried Biscuits.
