Yolanda Bisaiz also had marijuana and two children in her car when she was pulled over Thursday night.

HENRY CO., Ind. -- A California woman was arrested in Henry County late Thursday night for having 21 pounds of methamphetamine in her car, as well as a small amount of marijuana.

Yolanda Romana Bisaiz, 47, was stopped by Indiana State Police Trooper Ray Otter on Interstate 70.

When Otter approached Bisaiz, he discovered two adult female passengers and two children under the age of five. After the women started acting suspicious, Otter brought in Trooper Ratliff and his K-9 partner Tora to assist the investigation. Once on the scene, Tora sniffed out the drugs in the vehicle.

Bisaiz was arrested and taken to the Henry County Jail on multiple drug charges. Her passengers were allowed to leave. Bisaiz’s car was impounded.

The meth had an estimated street value of $105,000 to $210,000.
