Fort Wayne Police Officer Arrested For Child Porn Extradited To Allen County

He was deployed with the military in California, and was arrested last month by US Marshals.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The Fort Wayne police officer who was arrested for child porn is on his way back to Allen County.

Sgt. Andrew Beck was arrested last month by US Marshals while deployed with the military in California. He's accused of child solicitation, dissemination of matter harmful to minors and possession of child pornography.

ABC 21 said Beck was transported from California to Allen County and booked into the Allen County Jail on Wednesday afternoon.

His initial hearing will be on Thursday.

Beck has been on suspended pay by the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Beck frequently sent photos of himself standing naked in front of a mirror to young girls, asked to tie them up and choke them while having sex, and was in a relationship with a 16-year-old girl from Wayne High School.

A student told police Beck's Snapchat username was bushwacker1911, and police say they found 37 Snapchat accounts for Beck where he made sexual offers to young girls. He also had a Gmail account under hotdaddy1911.
