Franklin Shooting Victim ID’d; Two Suspects Arrested

FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — The Franklin Police Department has identified a recent homicide victim.
Franklin police say 18-year-old Donovan Isaiah Burdine was shot and killed on Jan. 25.
20-year-old Emilio Garcia was arrested for Burdine’s murder. Roger Miller, 21, also faces a charge for assisting a criminal.
Burdine was shot multiple times around 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Hurricane Street, in a neighborhood near the Boys & Girls Club.
