FRANKLIN, Ind. — If you’re looking for a scare or a laugh leading up to Halloween, it might be worth checking out a classic film on the big screen in downtown Franklin.
The Historic Artcraft Theatre at 57 N. Main Street, just north of the Johnson County Courthouse, is showing the following Halloween-themed movies throughout the rest of October:
● A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (1984): Oct. 12 & 13
● HOCUS POCUS (1993): Oct. 19-21
● YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (1974): Oct. 26-27
Friday and Saturday evening showings start at 7:30 p.m. Matinees are on Fridays, Saturdays starting at 2 p.m.
