Franklin's Artcraft Theatre Showing Five Classic Christmas Movies

Among the movies being shown throughout November and December include A Christmas Story, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and the original Miracle on 34th Street.

FRANKLIN, Ind. -- It's been a holiday tradition in Franklin for nearly 15 years.

The Historic Artcraft Theatre at 57 N. Main Street, just north of the Johnson County Courthouse in downtown Franklin, is showing five classic Christmas movies on the big screen during the holiday season:

     ● MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET (1947): Nov. 17, 18 & 19

     ● HOME ALONE (1990): Nov. 24, 25 & 26

     ● A CHRISTMAS STORY (1983): Dec. 1, 2 & 3

     ● WHITE CHRISTMAS (1954): Dec. 8, 9 & 10

     ● NATIONAL LAMPOON'S CHRISTMAS VACATION (1989): Dec. 15, 16 & 17

Friday and Saturday evening showings start at 7:30 p.m.  Matinees are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday starting at 2 p.m.
