IMPD Looking for Hit-and-Run Driver Who Hit Mother and Daughter

The driver of a white Chrysler 300 hit the pair as they tried to cross Arlington Ave. on the night of July 29.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indy Metro Police are looking for the driver who hit a woman and her 12-year-old daughter with a car and then drove away.

A Chrysler 300 hit the two victims as they attempted to cross on Arlington Ave. at around 9:30 p.m. on July 29.

IMPD said the driver of the car didn't slow down or stop to help. The Chrysler was last seen turning on to Brookville Road.

The mother and daughter survived and were taken to the hospital with broken bones.

The car is a white 2011 - 2019 Chrysler 300 with tinted windows. The driver's side headlight may be damaged from the incident, said IMPD.
