Investigators: Fire at Indy Barber Shop Was Arson

Nappy Cuts barber shop, located near 56th and and Georgetown, was damaged by fire Feb. 19.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Fire investigators believe the fire at a barber shop on Indy's northwest side was intentionally set.

Local, state, and federal investigators believe the Feb. 19 fire at Nappy Cuts barber shop was arson, reports WISH-TV

Nappy Cuts is located near the intersection of 56th Street and Georgetown Road.

The fire also damaged several nearby businesses, according to the Pike Township Fire Department.

Anyone with information about the fire should call the Indiana Arson Hotline at 1-800-382-4628.

There is a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
