Kokomo Boy Using Lemonade Stand to Raise Money For Family of Deputy Pickett

Malachi's Magnificent Lemonade stand will open Friday.

KOKOMO, Ind. -- A Kokomo boy is opening his lemonade stand to raise money for the family of Boone Co. Deputy Jacob Pickett.

Malachi's Magnificent Lemonade stand will reopen Friday, according to Facebook.

Deputy Pickett died Monday, three days after being wounded during a foot chase in Lebanon.

The lemonade stand will be at Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union, 201 Southway Boulevard, from noon until 4 p.m.
