Madison Co. EMA, Pendleton Now Accepting Volunteers
PENDLETON, Ind. — Volunteers are now welcome in Pendleton to help with tornado cleanup, the Madison Co. Emergency Management Agency announced Wednesday.
Volunteers must register at the Volunteer Reception Center before offering assistance.
The Volunteer Reception Center is at the Pendleton Christian Church at 1170 S. Pendleton Avenue.
Volunteers must:
- Be at least 18 years old or be at least 16 years old if accompanied by an adult
- Bring work gloves
- Wear closed-toe footwear appropriate for outdoor work
