Man Released From Noble County Jail By Mistake, Recaptured

It hasn't been said how Charles Weidman was released from jail, but he will not face additional charges.

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. -- A man released from the Noble County Jail by mistake. 

Police took Charles Weidman back to jail Thursday, after he was accidentally released Tuesday.

Deputies put out a search warrant and found him at a home in Kendallville.

Weidman was jailed on September 25th for auto theft and was eligible for an early release on October 25th, according to WOWO.

How Weidman was released early has not been said, but he will not face additional charges.
