Muncie Woman Finds Burglar Wearing Her Clothes

The burglar, while wearing the woman's clothing, tried to tell police that the house he broke into belonged his grandfather. It didn't.

MUNCIE, Ind. -- What's more shocking than finding an intruder in your home? Finding an intruder in your home and realizing that he's wearing your clothing.

Muncie police say a woman arrived home Monday and found 29-year-old Brian Miller wearing some of her clothes as he relaxed on her living room couch.

The woman slipped away unseen and ran to a neighbor's house to call 911.

When officers arrived at the house and knocked on the door, Miller--still wearing the woman's clothing--answered the door.

Miller was arrested and charged with burglary, residential entry, and theft. The Muncie Star-Press says he was found to be carrying "carrying debit cards, cash and jewelry belonging to the burglary victim".

Police did not say what Miller was wearing at the time of his arrest.
