Notre Dame Football Player Arrested

NOTRE DAME, Ind. — A Notre Dame football player is in trouble with the law.
Javon McKinley, 20, was arrested early Sunday morning by Notre Dame police, according to WNDU-TV in South Bend.
He faces preliminary charges of battery to a police officer and resisting law enforcement.
McKinley, a junior, plays wide receiver. He appeared in four games in 2018.
