Indiana State Police arrested a second suspect in Monday's triple shooting in Paoli which left two dead and one injured.

Police say 36-year-old James Davidson was taken into custody at his brother's house near Marengo, Indiana.  He was taken to the Orange County Jail and faces a charge of murder.  48-year-old Elbert Eward Brooks was arrested Wednesday night and also charged with murder for his involvement in the shooting.

Police are still searching for the suspected gunman, 35-year-old John Robert Carpenter.  Detectives found Carpenter's pickup truck Thursday night near New Amsterdam.  Crime scene technicians were searching the truck for clues Friday morning.

Monday's shooting left 56-year-old Nicholas Fields and 26-year-old Cory Michael Harris dead.  29-year-old Daniel Smitson was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the mouth but his injury was not believed to be life-threatening.

Anyone with information on John Robert Carpenter's whereabouts is asked to call Indiana State Police or 911 immediately.  Carpenter is considered armed and dangerous and anyone who comes into contact with Carpenter should not approach him.
