A Slushy Commute Possible for Wednesday

A winter weather advisory is in effect. It warms up quickly after the morning drive.

INDIANAPOLIS--If you're in central Indiana, it could be a rough commute tomorrow morning. Meteorologist Andrew White with the National weather Service, says snow will move in and fall all night. That will change over to freezing rain, and then to all rain by the morning drive.

"Combined with the snow from the night before, it'll probably be a pretty slushy commute for a lot of people, especially on untreated roads," he said.

White said temperatures will warm to the 40s by tomorrow afternoon.

More rough weather is possible Saturday, with the best chance for severe storms southwest of Indianapolis.
