Three Siblings Hit and Killed Walking to the School Bus
UPDATE: State Police have identified the three children that were killed.
Twin 6-year-old boys, Xzavier and Mason Ingle, died in the accident. Their 9-year-old sister, Alivia Stahl, was also killed. The boy who was hit and airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital is 11-year-old Maverik Lowe. The driver that hit the children was Alyssa Shepherd, 24, of Rochester.
She has been arrested and charged with three felony counts reckless homicide and a misdemenour count of passing a stopped school bus and causing injury.
Gov. Eric Holcomb has released a statement about the accident. Gov. Holcomb and First Lady janet Holcomb are asking Hoosiers to pray for the friends, family, teachers, and classmates of the students involved in the crash.

ROCHESTER, Ind.--Three children were hit and killed while walking to the school bus this morning near Rochester. The incident happened on State Rd. 25. WSBT-TV reports witnesses saw it happen. Indiana State Police are there and are assisting with the investigation.
ISP is investigating a fatal crash in Fulton County. Preliminary info is three children were struck & killed at a school bus stop near 4600 N State Road 25. @ISPPeru PIO Sgt. Tony Slocum is at the scene. Updated and confirmed info will be sent via news release later today.

WROI Radio in Rochester reports all three children were from the same family. The car was traveling opposite the bus and the bus' gruard arm was out.
State Police confirmed the incident via Twitter.
They plan to release more information later.
