DALLAS, Texas — Southwest Airlines customers are fuming after thousands of flights were canceled.
The airline has canceled more than 2,000 flights since Saturday, blaming air traffic control issues, bad weather, and staffing shortages.
Flightaware.com reports at least 650 Southwest flights have either been called off or postponed Monday, including several flights at Indianapolis International Airport.
Southwest posted a note on its website saying they’re dealing with extremely high call volumes and long hold times.
