VP Pence To Lead U.S. Olympic Delegation To South Korea

The Winter Olympics are set for Feb. 9 through Feb. 25 in PyeongChang.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Vice President Mike Pence will head up the U.S. delegation to the Winter Olympics in South Korea next month.

The former Indiana governor and Columbus native will likely be joined by his wife, Karen Pence and the President's daughter, Ivanka Trump.

The games are set for Feb. 9 through Feb. 25 in PyeongChang.

Recent talks between North and South Korea have cleared the way for North Korean athletes to participate, but the State Department says there are no plans for U.S. and North Korean officials to meet during the games.
