Boilers Face Indiana Only Once This Upcoming Season
The Purdue men's basketball team knows who they will be facing in their Big Ten leg of the regular season this year, as do the Indiana Hooisers.
The Boilermakers will play five home-and-away series and eight single-play opponents. Their home-and-homes, include Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
They don't include their storied rivalry with the Hoosiers, who they will face only once this time around at Assembly Hall in Bloomington.
In single play games on their conference schedule the Boilers will host Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State and Penn State, while travelling to Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Michigan State.
Purdue's non-conference schedule has notable games against Marquette, Louisville, Valparaiso and IUPUI. They will also take on Butler in the Crossroads Classic in Indianapolis.

Purdue was 27-8 last year winnning a league-best 23rd Big Ten regular season championship. Head coach Matt Painter will return six of its top seven scorers and welcome in a highly-regarded recruiting class.
Indiana is under new head coach Archie Miller, after starting the season promising under Tom Crean last year, but falling apart in conference play and losing in the first round of the NIT.
