Pacers: G Victor Oladipo's Knee Surgery Was a Success
INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana Pacers star Victor Oladipo had successful surgery Monday to repair his injured right knee, the Indiana Pacers have announced.
Oladipo ruptured a quad tendon in his right knee during Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Unable to walk, the former Indiana University star had to be stretchered off of the court.
The Pacers released the following announcement Monday afternoon:
Victor Oladipo underwent successful surgery Monday to repair a ruptured quad tendon in his right knee, sustained with 4:05 to play in the second quarter of last Wednesday night's game against Toronto.
He is expected to make a full recovery. No timetable has been established for his return. Further updates will be provided as warranted.
