Another season, another reason for making fun of Whoopi Goldberg…
As the saying goes, “It is better to remain silent at the risk of being thought a fool, than to talk and remove all doubt of it.”
For some reason, however, the View’s Whoopi Goldberg has an insatiable need to metaphorically scream time and again at the top of her lungs, “Hello world! I’m dumb!”
Whoopi’s latest demonstration of her superior intellect occurred on a recent episode of “The View,” during which the Oscar-winning actress turned insufferable opinion-giver failed to realize that the “Dr.” in Dr. Jill Biden’s title doesn’t represent a medical degree.
“I’m hoping Dr. Jill becomes the surgeon general … she’s a hell of a doctor. She’s an amazing doctor,” Goldberg said, as if she knew of the former second lady’s medical expertise.
Co-host Meghan McCain called her out on it – and she did so without making mention of her father, the late Senator John McCain.
