Indianapolis – Darius Leonard entered the 2021 season not 100%. 2 offseason ankle surgeries limited the Colts star linebacker the entire season. Even though it was obvious to fans that he wasn’t 100%, Leonard still played to his billing as the highest paid LB in the NFL and was a Pro Bowler and 1st team All-Pro.

On the 1st day of Mandatory Minicamp, Colts Head Coach Frank Reich shared the news that Leonard once again will have offseason surgery but on his back this time, not the ankle.

107.5 The Fan afternoon host JMV was joined by The Athletics’ Zak Keefer to dive into all the notable topics from minicamp including:

  • How major was Leonard’s surgery
  • If fans should be concerned with Leonard’s injury history
  • If Kenny Moore’s “holdout” is over
  • Major differences between Matt Ryan & Carson Wentz
  • If Yannick Ngakoue will only be a Colt for 1 year
